We offer an exclusive VIP service irrespective of your airline, booking class or frequent flyer status. The service includes personal assistance, help with baggage and shorter waiting times.

We offer our customers the following services:

Reservations can be made up to 72 hours prior to the start of service.

Booking conditions:

Bookings can only be accepted against payment in advance

Bookings must be made at least 72 hours before departure/arrival
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure/arrival: no charge
Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before departure/arrival: 50% cancellation fee
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure/arrival: 100% cancellation fee
