Passenger Rights

If you have flown with an airline in Austria or departed from / landed at Innsbruck Airport, you can contact the “Agentur für Passagiere und Fluggastrechte” (Agency for Passengers and Air Passenger Rights) in the following cases:

-    Delayed departures
-    Delayed arrivals
-    Cancellations
-    Denied boarding
-    Downgrading
-    A lack of information
-    A lack of help and damaged/lost mobility aids
